A Dubois County man wants his 91-year prison sentence changed. Yesterday, Kyle Schneider appealed his murder sentence in Dubois County. He says prosecutors limited the evidence at his trial and gave the jury bogus instructions. Prosecutors say Schneider beat, stabbed, and killed Chloie Lubbehusen in her home near St. Anthony earlier this year. A jury convicted him of murder.
