Escaped federal prison caught near Spencer
An area resident, who was a federal prisoner being transported to Indiana and escaped in Georgia, was caught Wednesday in Owen County, Indiana.
42-year-old Sean Killion of Winslow had escaped from a contract transport unit in Cartersville Georgia on it’s way to Indiana from Florida.
Authorities say the investigation led them to an Eastern Owen County home where Killion was located. He was wanted on a federal warrant for conspiracy to deal meth in excess of 500 grams and a state police warrant for dealing meth.
