An 89-year-old motorist from Kempton, Indiana was injured when he crashed his vehicle in Elnora on Sunday.
Accident reports say that Donald W. McMullan was west on North Street at 6:08-pm and for an unknown reason went off the south side of the road. The 2003 Ford Explorer hit a fire hydrant and continued through a yard at 320-East North Street and hit and knocked down a basketball goal. Officers reported that McCullan was confused as to where he was. He wa taken to Bloomington Hospital for a hand injury.
