A Knox County resident was arrested in Daviess County by State Police Thursday. The arrest came after an apparent accident. , 27-year-old Jessie McGregor of Bicknell was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident as well three counts of operating while intoxicated, including operating with a controlled substance and involving endangerment. Bond was set at $2000 at the jail in Washington.
