Holcomb raises six figures before the end of the quarter

Vincennes native Eric Holcomb raised over $125,000 in the six days between announcing his candidacy for US Senate and the end of the first quarter.

Holcomb made his announcement March 26th and the quarter ended on the 31st.
Holcomb campaign spokesman Pete Seat says the  response has been – and continues to be – overwhelming and encouraging.
So far there’ve been 174 total contributions, with 138 or 80% of the total raise from 27 Indiana counties.
Over 61 percent of all contributions were $250 or less
Over 75 percent of the campaign’s donations were generated online through email and social media solicitations.
Holcomb is running for the seat being vacated by the retiring Dan Coats in 2016.
