The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department report they arrested 32-year-old William J. Phillips of Washington on Sunday. Phillips is charged with operating while intoxicated-refusal, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond was set at $2000.

A Washington man was jailed Saturday for intimidation and disorderly conduct. City Police took 32-year-old Anthony M. Cannon into custody on the charges. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center and later posted bond.
