Washington Police arrested 31-year-old Paul T. Ross of Washington on Monday. Ross is facing charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and domestic battery. Bond was set at $4500.
A Seymour, Indiana man was jailed without bond on Monday on drug charges. 34-year-old Mark A. Goddard was arrested by city officers for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of a syringe and possession of meth.
A Washington man was picked up on warrants Monday. 33-year-old Raymond E. Yelladay was wanted for two counts of failure to appear and on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $7000.
