A Washington man was jailed Monday on a failure to appear warrant. 28-year-old Jose G. Santillan posted bond and was released.
43-year-old Amie Solterman of Washington was arrested following an investigation by Washington Police. Solterman was charged with possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal.
