Amie Wagler Nicholas Neidige Kyle Fleetwood
A Washington City Police investigation overnight resulted in nuisance and possession charges against three local residents.
30-year-old Amie Wagler and 22-year-old Nicholas Neidige were both charged with visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. Both were jailed without bond.
28-year-old Kyle Fleetwood was jailed on a $2500 bond for possession of meth, a legend drug and paraphernalia and for maintaining a common nuisance.
All three were booked into the Daviess County Security Center between 1:30 and 2-am.
57-year-old Jeffrey K. Bowers of Greenfield, Indiana was arrested on a warrant Tuesday. He was wanted for failure to appear. Bond was set at $5000. He posted bond.
42-year-old Mark A. Jones of Winslow was picked up on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Bond was $50,000 and bond was posted.
