A Washington man was rescued after his boat turned over in West Boggs Lake on Friday.
The Daviess county Sheriff’s Office says 50-year-old Roger Robbins was north of the dam and Stolls Lakeview Restaurant when he said he turned too sharp and the boat took on water. It turned over and Robbins bailed out before it capsized. Robbins climbed on the hull and waited for rescue.
West Boggs Park Rangers brought hit to shore. There were no injuries and minimal damage.
