The Washington Police Department arrested 49-year-old Ruby D. Stuckey of Washington on Monday. He was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond was set at $2500.
46-year-old Trudy L. Godfrey was picked up on a warrant Monday for failure to appear. She posted bond.
