Washington Police report that 21-year-old Ashley R. Hayes is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and domestic battery with a deadly weapons causing serious bodily injury. She’ls also charged with two counts of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and reckless driving. She was booked into the Daviess County Security Center at just before 10-am Tuesday on the charges.
Alva W. Raber, 27 of Loogootee was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $25,000.
