A Washington woman was jailed over the weekend for criminal trespass. Officials at Wal Mart called police Saturday night concerning 24-year-old Ashley J. Woodyard. She was taken into custody and jailed
without bond.
A Washington man was arrested on an out of county warrant Saturday. Michael Hartley was picked up by Washington Police and booked into the security center. He did post bond.
43-year-old Steven J. Potts of Washington was jailed at 11:10 Sunday morning for a failure to appear warrant. He was arrested in Vincennes where police there say he was wanted for failure to appear at a pre-trial hearing for dealing in a schedule 2 controlled substance and cruelty to an animal.
A traffic stop Sunday morning at 1:24 am resulted in the arrest 49-year-old Cristobal E. Goday of Sumner, Illinois. He was stopped at Southwest 3rd and Poplar and arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
