Kara Sue (Bradley) Arvin, 41, of Loogootee, passed away suddenly at 5:45 p.m. on December 13, 2015 at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
She was born January 28, 1974 in Washington, IN to the late Lawrence (Red) and Dianne Bradley.
Kara was employed at Toy’s Auto Parts. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
Her passion was her children. She loved going to sporting events, especially baseball and softball games. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Kara was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence (Red) and Dianne Bradley; grandparents, Charles W. Wagoner and Leonard and Pauline Arvin; father-in-law, Adrian Lee Arvin.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Scott Arvin of Loogootee; children, Trent, Jarrett and Ashlee Arvin of Loogootee; brothers, Larry (Shellie) Bradley of Shoals and Kent Bradley of Loogootee; sister, Lana Bradley and Karri Tinkle of Loogootee; grandmother, Iris Wagoner of Loogootee; brother-in-law, Brian (Heather) Arvin of Loogootee; sister-in-law, Katie Hawkins of Loogootee; mother-in-law, Bobbie Cherry of Loogootee.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Very Rev. J. Kenneth Walker at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Loogootee. Burial will follow in St. John Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Edward Jones – College Fund for Arvin Children. Please make checks payable to Edward Jones.
