One woman and two men charged in Daviess County
Three people were booked into the Daviess County Security Center on meth and nuisance charges. Just after 11pm, 60-year-old Diana Lents was jailed for possession of meth and marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond was set at $7000. Meanwhile, 37-year-old Jonthan W. Waggoner was charged with possession of meth and visiting a common nuisance. He was being held on a $4500 bond. 32-year-old Eric M. Logston of Washington was jailed at 1:03-am today for visiting a common nuisance.
