Annual Crane breakfast in the nation’s capital touts Crane’s benefits to the local community.
Indiana Lt. Governor Eric Holcomb praised the Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center for continuing to seek collaborations with some of Indiana’s strongest and most committed private partners to meet its goals and to enhance the lives of Hoosiers.
Holcomb made his comments at the annual Crane Congressional Breakfast in Washington DC yesterday. Also in attendance were Indiana Congressmen Larry Bucshon and Todd Young.
Holcomb also noted the recent announcement of the Duke Energy project at Crane and the work on energy storage at the Battery Innovation Center adjacent to Crane. He also cited the progress on I69 and improved connectivity it’ll provide Crane from throughout Indiana.
The event was organized by the Lt. Governor’s Office of Defense Development to affirm the State’s support for Crane and promote opportunities to enhance Crane’s mission.
