Battery investigated by local police….accident at 50 and 257.
-A Washington man is facing charges of operating while never licensed. City Police arrested 41-year-old Marin O Perez Chirinos yesterday. Bond was set at $2000.
-Jose V. Diaz Yanez of Washington was arrested after a city police investigation. The charges against the 31 year old consist of battery resulting in bodily injury, battery in the presence of a minor and strangulation. No bond was set.
-Hay was reported stolen from a resident on Southwest 11the on Thursday. The report made at 8:30-am.
-There was an accident investigation at 7:20 last night at Highway 50 and 257. Two vehicles were involved, a car had some heavy damage to one side. It’s believed there were no injuries.
-There was a car deer crash just after 8-am yesterday on 50 east of Montgomery.
