Minor consuming, burglary and possession arrests reported….
-A 19-year-old Washington resident was jailed for minor consumption on yesterday’s date. Morgan T. Wells was booked into the Daviess County Security Center at 4:51am yesterday morning. Bond was posted.
-An Elnora man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement in a vehicle. 25-year-old Andrew J. Sanders was being held without bond after Tuesday morning’s incident.
-A Washington Police Department investigated led to burglary, criminal trespassing and invasion of privacy charges against 20-year-old Margaret E. Dant. She was jailed at 4:08-pm Tuesday and was being held without bond.
-At 11:08-pm last night, 26-year-old Leroy E. Ellis was incarcerated after Washington officers charged him with 3 counts of operating while intoxicated including; refusal, with endangerment and with a prior. He’s also charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. No bond was set.
