Texas man jailed for possession.
-Washington police arrested an Ingleside, Texas man for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance and with endangerment, for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. 29-year-old Luis T. Pena was jailed at the security center at just before 10 last night. His bond was set at $2000.
-An Elnora man was arrested yesterday for battery resulting in bodily injury and on a failure to appear warrant. 28-year-old James D. Gardner bonded out of the security center.
