A vehicle hit a child on a bike Wednesday.
In police reports, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department logs show emergency crews were called to Front Street at 5:30-pm yesterday where a child on a bike had been hit by a vehicle in front of the WC Soccer Field. A statement of medical release was signed for the ambulance at the scene and the child was taken by private vehicle to the emergency room.
