Hazel B. Padgett, 99, of Washington, Indiana passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Hillside Manor Nursing Center.
Services will be Monday, July 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Poindexter-McClure Funeral Home/Washington Chapel.
Visitation will be from Noon Monday, July 25, 2016 until time of service at Poindexter-McClure Funeral Home/Washington Chapel.
Burial will take place at Plainville Cemetery.
