Robert “Bob” G. Lovellette, 62, of Washington, IN, passed away September 15, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital.
Bob was a truck driver for Boyd Trucking. He enjoyed watching the news. Bob also enjoyed the outdoors, going camping and mushroom hunting.
Surviving is his wife, Mindy Lovellette of Washington, IN; his daughter, Melissa Lynn Whittenmyer and her husband, Mark, of Crescent City, CA; his son, Bob Lovellette and his fiance’, Jennifer Hart, of Vincennes; his step-daughter, Michelle Ann Sanders and her husband, Brian, of Lawrenceville, IL; a sister, Kathy Lovellette-Godfrey and her husband, Sidney, of Vincennes; a brother, Anthony Roy Lovellette of Vincennes; nine grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Bob was born January 9, 1954, in Vincennes, to Ernest and Lorena (Madison) Lovellette. His parents and his step-father, Leo Whitson, preceded him.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Sept. 24, beginning at 12:00 noon, at the Godfrey Shelter House, at 419 W. New Albany Street. All of his friends and family are welcome to come.
