The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested two people on drug possession and other charges Wednesday. 28-year-old Thomas J. Hardcastle and 27-year-old Bethany M. Johnson are both charged with conspiracy to commit dealing in a narcotic, possession of a narcotic drug, a syringe and paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance. Hardcastle’s bond was set at $200,000 and Johnson’s at $100,000.
