A fatal accident involving an arrest in Knox County is under investigation.
It happened about 1:15am at River and Perdue Roads. Officers arrived to find 24-year-old Joshua R. Slone walking around. There were four people in a vehicle, one was dead and two others were later flown to St. Vincent’s in Evansville. The deceased was identified as 19-year-old John Creamer of Vincennes.
Reports are that Slone was allegedly driving while intoxicated and with a suspended license. He was arrested on multiple charges.
