The Washington City Police Department asked for the public’s help this morning in locating a missing 4-year-old child and they received it.
The child was last seen at approximately 10:00 a.m. this morning wearing red, blue, and black basketball shorts and a dark t-shirt in the 500 block of NW 17th St. The child was found around 12:30pm. The Washington Police Department would like to thank all City Departments, Daviess Community Hospital staff, media, Eagle Railcar Services and the community for their help. After only 33 minutes, the original Washington Police Department’s Facebook post was shared 453 times, reaching over 5,400 people and the child was found.
