Man charged in hit and run fatality to be in court next month

           29-year-old Ryan Wiscaver’s next court date is October 31^st.   He’s been formally charged in connection with a September 10^th accident that left a pedestrian deceased.
          78-year-old Joseph Yerkes died in the incident.  Wiscaver is charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident resulting in Death and Causing Death while Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
