Norma H. Osmon 96, of Washington passed away on October 3, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on December 19, 1920 to Charles and Minnie (Utterback) Stellter in Washington, IN. She graduated from Washington High School in 1938. She married the late Ralph Osmon. Norma was an office worker from Montgomery Ward. She retired from REMC in 1986 as a book keeper. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing the piano, gardening with flowers, and doing yard work.
Norma is survived by her children: Linda Young-Cassiday (Jerry), Clifford Robert Padgett (Bonnie), Toni Padgett-Damalak, Peggy Padgett-Coatney, Dennis Osmon (Barb), and Rocki Padgett; sister Marjorie Nalker; and 14 grandchildren, 19 great grand children, and 2 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Ralph Osmon; parents, son: Steven Osmon, daughter: Marilyn Buchanan, daughter-in-law: Barb Padgett, and granddaughter: Jessica Smith.
