Sondra June Fields, 78, of Vincennes, passed away at 8:30 pm Saturday October 21, 2017 at her residence.
She was born June 9, 1939 in Knox County, to Harold and Theda Mae (Sanneman) Snider.
Sondra was a member of Thursday Church. She was a groundbreaker for Family Planning and the Speedy Program in Knox County. Sondra loved to crochet and listening to Christian music.
Surviving are her children, Pam (Dennis) Boldrey of Morganfield, KY, Linda Fields of West Plains, MO, Gala Fields of Vincennes, Rick Fields of Vincennes, John (Deanna) Fields of Vincennes, her brothers and sisters, Frank Snider of Florida, Edward Eugene Snider of Vincennes, Kenneth Eugene Donnersberger of Rancho Mirage, CA, and Sharon Lambert of Vincennes; nine grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Jack L. Fields, whom preceded her on August 15, 2016; one son Scott Fields; three brothers, Harold Duehl Snider, Floyd Donnersberger, and Randall Donnersberger; a sister, Linda Snider; and a grandson, Chris Boldrey.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday October 27, 2017 at Gardner Brockman Funeral Home with Pastor Debbie Salters officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
