A lengthy investigation by State Police and the Department of Child Services resulted in the arrest of a Jasper man for Rape and Child Molestation.
Police report DCS contacted authorities October 25th about a complaint of inappropriate contact with a minor between 2011 and 2015. A warrant was issued and yesterday morning, 22-year-old Anthony Neukam of Jasper was arrested and taken to the Dubois County Security Center.
