
-Dubois County authorities have been busy with a couple of criminal investigations. The sheriff’s department in Jasper reports that overnight, they received information about drugs being sold out of a residence at 2222 Skyview Drive in Jasper. Deputies, Jasper City Officers and State Troopers went to the home and questioned the occupants. The investigation ended up in a search warrant being obtained and served. 99 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia and several controlled substances were found. Arrested at the scene was 21-year-old Evan Lindauer charged with Felony Level 6 Dealing Marijuana, Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia with a Prior and Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance.
-Yesterday, a Dubois County Deputy pulled behind a vehicle on 4th Street in Jasper and identified one of the occupants as Angel Luna of Jasper who was wanted on warrants out of Harrison and Monroe Counties. A K9 was called to the scene and alerted to the presence of drugs. Another occupant in the vehicle, 18-year-old Christian Northern of Huntingburg was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. Luna was released.
