The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department made some drug arrests on yesterday’s date. 52-year-old Michael McAtee and 51-year-old Kimberly McAtee are both charged with Possession of Meth, Marijuana, a Hypodermic Syringe and Paraphernalia. Both are also charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Mr. McAtee was also facing a count of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. His bond was set at $100,000 while Kimberly McAtee’s bond was set at $2500.
Deputies also arrested 20-year-old Benjamin Phillips yesterday for Conspiracy to Commit Dealing in Meth. Bond was set at $100,000.
