-Loogootee police report they arrested 29-year-old Ian Martin of Loogootee on Thursday. He was charged with three counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated including with a BAC of .15 or more, with Endangerment and with a Prior Conviction. He’s also charged with Possession of Marijuana.
