A Bicknell Police officer has been arrested and the Martin County Prosecutor is handling the investigation.
Indiana State Police say at 2:30-yesterday that they. Along with the FBI Violent Task Force arrested Bicknell Police Lt. Kevin Carroll. He’s accused of sharing sensitive information with a Daviess County residence which compromised undercover drug operations and put undercover officers at risk.
The investigation began last month. Carroll is charged with a felony count of Official Misconduct and a misdemeanor count of Criminal Recklessness. He was booked into the Knox County Jail yesterday and later released on bond.
