A Shoals man has been charged with rape.
Indiana State Police filed a probable cause affidavit which states the charge stems from an alleged attack on a male teen at 62-year-old Allen Tuttle’s home.
The Washington Times Herald reports that Tuttle denied the allegations and agreed to a lie detector test. Examiners determined Tuttle’s responses to the test as deceptive and he was charged and booked into the Martin County Jail without bond.
