-Tuesday, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 45-year-old Mart Sutton of Loogootee. He’s charged with Operating While Intoxicate with Greater than or Equal to .15% and with Endangerment. Bond was set at $2000.
-Odon Police arrested 32-year-old Paul Cary of Odon for Domestic Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. Bond was set at $10,000
-A Montgomery man was arrested for Possession of Meth on Tuesday. No bond was set for 22-year-old Joshua Stoll.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department served an arrest warrant on 25-year-old Fernando Coronado of Westfield, Indiana. He was wanted for Failure to Appear for Public Intoxication.
