Five face drug charges following the serving of warrants by Washington Police, Indiana State Police and the DEA Task Force on Wednesday.
47-year-old Brian K. Hill, 46-year-old Ronald W. Shake and 30-year-old Chelsea Baker were all wanted for Dealing Meth.
Washington Police report that after joint investigations, search warrants were obtained for a total of four locations After serving them, officers located meth, 30 pounds of marijuana, Schedule 2 Controlled Substances, 14 guns and over $100,000 in cash at one location, and more meth, marijuana and paraphernalia and another address. Arrested at one location were 30-year-old Rachael Grow and 52-year-old Deborah Miller. Grow and Miller are charged with Meth, and Marijuana and Paraphernalia Possession, Neglect of Dependent and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Grow is also charged with Conspiracy to Deal Meth and Trafficking with an inmate.

On May 23, 2018, Officers with the Washington Police Department, Indiana State Police, and the DEA Task Force assembled to serve arrest warrants for Brian K. Hill (47), Ronald W. Shake (46), and Chelsea Baker (30). The 3 were all wanted on warrants for Dealing Methamphetamine after joint investigations by the above listed agencies.
Officers had also obtained search warrants for three locations associated with Hill in Washington. During those search warrants, Officers reported locating Methamphetamine, more than 30 pounds of Marijuana, Schedule II Controlled Substance, 14 firearms, and more than $100k in cash. Hill faces additional charges of Dealing Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
