-A Knox County man was jailed Sunday in Washington for Operating While Intoxicated with Refusal and Possession of Marijuana. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department booked 30-year-old Shan M. Bowers in on the charges.
-Luis M. Barco Martinez of Washington was jailed for Operating While Intoxicated on Sunday. No bond was set.
-Kimberly A. Furman of Washington was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant by Washington Police. That arrest took place Sunday. Bond was set at $2000.
-62-year-old Carl D. Burton was booked in without bond Sunday for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence. No Bond was set.
-Michael J. Thomas, 46, of Washington was arrested by city officers Sunday for Domestic Battery. No bond was set.
-Sheriff’s Deputies took 48-year-old Travis L. Pearson into custody Sunday for Domestic Battery. Bond was set.
-Saturday, 37-year-old Brandy Gregory of Washington was arrested by Sheriff’s Deputies for Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $2000.
-38-year-old Sarah A. Underhill was booked in on Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated Refusal. No bond was set.
–Washington Fire and Police units responded to a dryer fire in a building at apartments on Meridian Street Monday. No injuries were reported.
-Police investigated a report of a vehicle theft on Northeast 3rd Monday.
-Sunday morning at just after 7, a motorist swerved to miss a deer on Cosby Road and hit a pole. There were no injuries.
-There were reports of windows busted out of cars parked on Northeast 1st and Pearl Streets in Washington. Both incidents were reported Sunday morning.
-Several responded to a reported dirt bike accident at 6:41-pm Sunday. The call came in from a Montgomery residents on 425-South. One person was said to have been breathing and alert and speaking after the crash. Authorities were on scene of a little over an hour.
-There was a car/deer crash reported at 10:09 pm Sunday night at the 61 mile marker on I69.
-A car/deer crash happened on US 50 near the interstate at about 5:30-am Sunday.
