A woman has been charged after being involved in two separate accidents in Shoals.
At 8:30 Sunday morning, there was a two vehicle accident at Jay C Foods. One of the vehicles was reported to have left the scene. About ten minutes later, that vehicle was said to have hit a trash can and support beam at Bo Mac’s Drive-In. Police responded there and detained the driver identified as 45-year-old Bridget J. Adams of Bedford.
Upon investigation she was charged with two counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated including with Endangerment and with a BAC of over .15%. She’s also charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
