Nellie P. Sircy, 93, of Greenfield, formerly of Elnora, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Hancock Regional Hospital.
Born March 3, 1925 in Daviess County, she was the daughter of William Zack and Mable May (Faith) Phillips.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving relatives include: one daughter, Rosemarie Sircy-Hill of Flower Mound, Texas; four sons, William Sircy Sr. of Greenfield, Robert Sircy of Columbia, South Carolina, Richard Sircy of Elnora and James Sircy of Indianapolis; two sisters, Lelia Mottern of Indianapolis and Virginia Flynn of Fairland; one niece, Kathy England of Bloomfield; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilford Douglas Sircy in 2008, one son, three brothers, four sisters and her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Gerald DeVore officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview cemetery in Elnora.
Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and 1 hour prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
