Marlina M. Clark

Marlina M. Clark, 55, of Plainville, IN, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 13, 2018. She was born on May 17, 1963, in Washington, IN, to William A. and Judith K. (Arney) Clark.  Marlina married Edward W. Amos in January of 1999, and he preceded in death in April of 1999.

Marlina was a seamstress at Loogootee Textile, where she had worked for 15 years.  She spent her leisure time playing Scrabble and Euchre and chatting on Facebook.  She truly enjoyed spending time with her family; especially the memorable shopping trips and coffee time with her mother and sister.

Survivors include: a son, Wm. Matthew (Michelle) Amos of Odon; granddaughter, Lily; three brothers: William J. (Cheryl) Clark of Scotland, Ronnie (Tracie) Clark and Greg (Kim) Clark, both of Odon; and a sister, Secrina Moore of Plainville.

Marlina was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edward Amos; and a brother, Donnie Clark.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Pastor Jeff Williams officiating.  Marlina will be laid to rest in the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon, IN, at a later date.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, and from 9:00 AM until the hour of service at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
