Arrests reports over the weekend:
18 year old Seth M. Armes of Washington was arrested by Washington Police Saturday. Armes was charged with OWI with a controlled substance. No bond was set.
Derick L. Clark 24 years old from Washington was arrested by Washington Police Saturday and charged with battery resulting in serious bodily injury. No bond was set.
Daviess county Sheriff’s deputies arrested James W. Mischler, 26 years old of Washington on Saturday. Mischler was charged with a petition to revoke for battery resulting in moderate bodily injury. Bond of $5000.00 was posted.
Washington Police arrested 46 year old Lecy Desinord of Washington for disorderly conduct on Sunday. No bond was set.
Washington Police also arrested 20 year old Samuel W. Rego Saturday for Domestic Battery. No bond set.
And Zachary A. Taylor, age 20 of Washington was arrested Saturday for OWI refusal. Bond was set at $2,000.
Vincennes Police arrested a Bridgeport, Illinois woman yesterday following a fight at Willie’s Pub on Main Street. Officers found 40 year-old Jennifer Craig allegedly involved in the incident. Craig is charged with battery and disorderly conduct. She was booked into the Knox County Jail on three-thousand dollars bond.
Police Reports:
Washington Police investigated a shoplifting incident yesterday afternoon at the Circle K Convenience store, 401 E. National Highway. The store clerk advised police the subject stole a slice of pizza and fled in silver SUV. A deputy stopped the vehicle a few blocks away. No pizza was located. Video footage will be reviewed.
Washington Police received a call about an abandoned vehicle last night around 10 o’clock. A caller advised a car was in a ditch and that a male subject wearing shorts, a t-shirt and a hat fled into the woods. A police K-9 unit was called in to track the individual. The car is being held at Craney’s until the driver comes forward.
