Accident in Washington, OVWI in Loogootee

-Two were taken to the hospital in Vincennes after an accident last night.  Police reports say it was called in at 5:26 and happened at US 50 and 257.  Two vehicles were involved.  Authorities were on scene for almost an hour.

-There was a vehicle break in investigated at just after 5 yesterday morning on Walnut Street in Washington.  The back glass of the mini-van was reported broken in the incident.

-Two vehicles collided at Burris and Meridian at about 10:35 Wednesday morning. There were no injuries.

-Indiana State Police took 32-year-old David R. Edwards of Plainville into custody on Wednesday.  He’s facing two counts of Operating While Intoxicated including with Endangerment. Bond was posted.

-Joseph W. Decker of Indianapolis was jailed Wednesday after being arrested by state police for Operating While Intoxicated.  Bond was posted.

-Washington Police arrested 21-year-old Dakota J. Holland for Possession of Meth and Driving While Suspended.  No bond was set.

-A Jasper man was arrested by Daviess County Deputies Wednesday for Domestic Battery.  No bond was set for 34-year-old Christopher L. May.

-A Vincennes woman was picked up in Daviess County on an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear.  33-year-old Cortney N. Neighbors posted bond.

-Washington Police had to use a taser to subdue a woman holding a firearm yesterday.  Officers were called at 4:22-pm to 102 Southwest 10th, where reports say Kelly Spaulding was said to be standing with a gun, yelling and cocking the weapon.  Police say she allegedly refused to put it down when police arrived and she was tased and the gun taken away. After being checked at the hospital Spaulding was jailed for Criminal Recklessness with a Firearm, Intimidation and Neglect of a Dependent.

-A Loogootee man was jailed in Martin County for Operating While Intoxicated and for OVWI with Endangerment.  Loogootee Police report they arrested 43-year-old Dustin J. Greene on the charge overnight. 

   -From sister station WAKO in Lawrenceville, Illinois.  (www.wakoradio.com) 103 Lite Hits is reporting that two people were arrested following a reported domestic dispute Wednesday. Vincennes Police charged both 41 year-old Alba Ivy and 19 year-old Brianna Ivy with domestic battery. The dispute reportedly happened in front of a minor. Both were taken to the Knox County Jail.
