An off road vehicle accident which resulted in a fatality is still being investigated by DNR officers.
It happened Sunday night in Dubois County when 60-year-old Jeremy Tewiske of Ireland was killed after the Honda Foreman ORV rolled over into a pond near the community of Duff south of Huntingburg. He was pinned under water.
The call came in just before 8 Sunday night. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
