-There was a one car accident at Beer Can Alley at just before midnight last night. No injuries were reported.
-No injuries in a vehicle collision on East National Highway in front of Benji’s Restaurant. That was reported at 11:22 yesterday morning. One vehicle was westbound and slowed down for a metal plate in the road and was rear-ended by the other vehicle.
-Several agencies responded to an accident in the northbound lane of I69 at near mile marker 67 at 10:07-am yesterday. There was a vehicle several yards off of the road. Police reports indicate no serious injuries as one person signed a medical release at the scene. Authorities were there for around an hour.
-A vehicle was reported broken into overnight Monday. The report was made at 7:15 Tuesday. A resident on West Oak said items were missing from the vehicle.
-Washington Police arrested 32-year-old William R. Pferrer on an Out of County warrant Tuesday. No bond was set.
-City Officers picked up 33-year-old Michael A. Andi of Washington on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Criminal Mischief. Bond was set at $3000.
-30-year-old Josephine L. Henson of Washington was jailed following an investigation. She’s charged with Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Paraphernalia. Henson was taken into custody when police were responding a call of a suspicious person on Northeast 6th at 8:16 last night.Bond was posted.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged 38-year-old Donavon M. Lough with Public Intoxication, Resisting Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct and Intimidation. No bond was set.
