Wednesday, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 46 year old Julie A. Richardson of Bloomington for Conversion. Her bond was set at $2,000.
The Washington Police Department arrested 21 year old Caleb Barley of Washington for Possession of Marijuana and the Neglect of a Dependent. He was released on $2,500 bond.
