With Halloween just around the corner, the City of Washington is reminding local Trick-or-Treaters that Washington’s Fire and Police Departments are hosting Safe-Stops again this Halloween. Trick-or-Treaters can stop by the West End Fire Station on West Walnut and the Police Station at City Hall garage area on East VanTrees between 5 and 8:30 on Halloween, to get a treat from Washington’s Firemen and Police Officers.
