Three arrested on South Street

-Three people were arrested Thursday afternoon following an investigation at an East South Street apartment. 24-year-old Michael Kirby was booked into the security center for Dealing in Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia and Neglect of a Dependent. Bond was set at $2500.  24-year-old Brittany Underhill was also charged with Possession of Marijuana and Neglect of a Dependent with bond set at $2500.  Also, the police report says 24 year old Dakota Mattes was charged with Possession of Marijuana an out of county warrant for Failure to Appear. His bond was set at $2000.

-Onelia Morales, 32 of Washington was arrested by City Police for being and Operator While Never Licensed.  Bond was posted. That arrest was made following an accident investigation at 4:25-pm Thursday on East National Highway in front of Washington Nursing Center

-A Richland, Indiana resident was jailed in Daviess County on a warrant for Failure to Appear.  19-year-old Gabrielle Bond was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department Thursday.  Bond was posted.

-Stephanie Woodcock of Mooresville was arrested by Sheriff’s Deputies Thursday on a Parole Violation.  No bond was set.

.-36-year-old Brandon Fisher of Washington was served a warrant Thursday for Battery Resulting in Moderate Bodily Injury.  Bond was posted.

 -Two vehicles collided at East National Highway and State Raod 57 yesterday at 11:45am.  No injuries were reported.

-Police were informed of a bicycle theft from a State Street residence.  The crime believed to have occurred overnight or early  Thursday morning.
