Vincennes K9 Officer, Mike Caswell has been named Vincennes Police Department Outstanding Officer of the Month. The department says Caswell is very involved in community outreach and was instrumental in several fundraisers last year including Cops Cutting Cancer, The Salvation Army Battle of the Badges and the department k9 program. Caswell works with K9 Officer Gary.
