-Overnight, 3 people were jailed on various charges in an ongoing investigation. 31-year-old Larry J. Russell is charged with Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. 34-year-old Chay Wise and 30-year-old Jesse C. Arnold are both charged with Possession of Stolen Property as well as Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. All were booked into the security center without bond.
