Washington Mayor Joe Wellman will deliver his final State of the City Message tonight. Wellman who is not seeking re-election this year is scheduled to give his speech at tonight’s regular city council meeting at 6:30-pm The speech is the last item on the agenda which includes a hearing to vacate a portion of Jackson Street, ordinances concerning East Side Park fees and for establishing a redevelopment authority. Also, Clerk/Treasurer Beth McGookey will present her annual report.
